Yeah well, I heard that there are no gym in some places of Europe. Is that true?

I went to the gym for the first time of my life last week, and I could feel it till this Wednesday. Anyone here have experience with gyms?

Oh. Hell yes there are gyms at Europe. I've been to the gym quite regularly for about a year now and there has been progress and in both directions since i became ill @ the winter for long periods. It's normal to get your muschles little *achy* but when you start visiting gym 3-4 times a week, maybe 5 times then you will know what the "no pain no gain" really means.

92 kg = 202.4 lbs it was hard for me to come up with this but google saved me some time, so i weigh 202.4 lbs and I am around 172 centimeters tall which is 172 cm = 67.7 inches, I am 18 years old at the moment.

For example:
My bench record for now is about 85 kg = 187 lbs and this years goal is to reach the 100kg limit.

But thats not all there is to my gym training, i do train mixed martial arts sometimes and heading for better results in MMA.

Woah that's nice, did you lost a lot of weight by doing your training? Or did you gain more muscle by training?

I am curious about the martial art portion, which one is it?

I started my gym training when i noticed that my fittness was detiorating rapidly (i was gaining weight and literally doing nothing) So i had gained some weight and started slowly learning how to train @ the gym and when i got to speed my appearance changed fast. I walked more straight, my arms and chest muschles had grown bigger.

But then somewhere around the fall/winter i overdid my diet and got overworked, got really ill and lost a lot of weight (around 8kilograms fat and muschle over +-2weeks) Since then it's been a struggle to get back on track but i've succesfully managed to get back on trail, now im chasing a ghost of "what i could have been if i havent gotten ill". Now im more carefull and concious about things related to gym, fittnes and health overally.

A lot of my overweight fat has changed into muschle but i do still have a healthy layer of fat (especially around my belly and legs) My weight shifts from around 85 to 92 depending on if im on a diet, ill or just training for more muschle mass.

About the martial arts part, its guided wrestling, boxing and probably has some influence from other easily understandable martial arts mixed in within the training. Since i am a starter i dont know very well about other martial arts involved in with the mixed i am training.

Lately it's been more about the aerobic endurance (running, deep stomach muschles, etc...) rather than power training but of course it's still in the equation.
