im starting to do about 10 reps every hour and 50 reps a day im 16 i weight about 104 or 103 or 105 somewhere between there my question is if i listen to the growth hormone tone while im doing the reps will it help me get buff?
im doing these work outs: push ups,sit ups,squats,bench press,and pulling weight up from my sides like squats but moving weight up on sides
im using two 25 pound weights there free weights im only benching one weight though

It should increase the amount of HGH produced, so in theory, yes, it should "help you get buff". Use it either before or during the workout.

Just to let you know it's not healthy to only want to get buff. If you weigh 104 pounds you are definitely under weight and that means a lack of nutrition. You should worry about your weight and nutrition before you worry about muscle mass.

the reason my weight is so low is because of my birth not a birth defect just birth and my brother died when he was born because some things that he need wasnt developed in his body i guess i was lucky

i think its just my metabalism just like how someone could eat a fry and gain 20 pounds i could eat a hell load and gain barely anything

Height is also a rather important factor here; definitely more so than age. I weigh about 155 lb, and am 17, but I can't remember how tall I am. I think about 5'9", conservatively speaking (that is, I'm probably at least 5'9"). I'm definitely a tad pudgy, but I tend to eat rather erratically overall. I tend not to notice when I'm hungry. When I *was* rather fat, it was because I didn't do anything physical, which caused my metabolism to go way down, so sloth, not gluttony, was my sin. =P
Enough random spurts about myselfliness. I'm pretty sure that HGH would do that, but if it's a low-frequency tone (I don't know, I don't really care for more HGH myself), I wouldn't use it *while* working out, at least not while doing something in which you could get injured if you fell asleep....
