Hello
First of all I want to say thanks for this site, all the freebies and all the support offered.
I am looking for some relief from chronic pain (22 years) that I'm fairly convinced is due to a mindbody syndrome. Whenever I feel under pressure or have to do something I don't want to do, or start thinking about something that creates some form of mental/emotional resistance in me, the pain increases.
This past year I've had a host of other symptoms which I know are probably stress related and I have found myself in a state of despair for much of the time. I don't want to bore you with a lot of details but wondered if you had any suggestions for me.
I picked out a number of Tones to play while I'm asleep, one after the other. Is it OK to do this?
Many thanks Andy

Hello Andy.
I wouldn't recommend it playing one tone after the other when you sleep. While it is ok to play one or two files when falling asleep, looping them isn't that good as your brain needs some rest.
You could do something else like listening to the tones twice or three times a day, using an MP3 so you can take them with you (Just make sure you're not driving machinery or anything).
You might also add some tones to relieve your stress if it's causing you to strain. Either way, here's some of the tones that might be useful to you:
Nirvana/sleep Slow-Mo Weighless GH-Sleep Healing
Namaste

Well said Zeeman, that's about exactly what I was going to say.
