I don't think there's a phpBB option for a manual word filter (i know what your saying, im pretty sure that if a word is filtered it is always filtered, and if it's not on the filter list, it will remain unfiltered).

Wow, this thread seems almost dead!
Anyway, I think the rules need some better clarification; what we can and can't talk about here (especially with the Drugs section, which almost conflicts with "No discussion of illegal activities").
