This one is supposed to help muscle growth, right? (As well as all the wonderful things GH does :D ) So, should I listen to it before, during, or after exercising?

Also, do you think it's dangerous to listen to it too much because of the many problems that arise when you have too much GH? Wikipedia:

I think you'll be fine, especially since this is endogenous HGH. It seems like that quote relates to HGH injections that some people are given and things like that.

Most likely it would be easier to listen to it after but you might get more stamina while doing it while working out like being about to do more push ups or something

Actually listen to it on repeat for about 5 times then work out it would be the same as real HGH just listen then do it BTW i managed to get taller From this tone but i was already 5'8 now im probably 6'0
