Hemispheric synchronization is said to be a pretty common side effect of entrainment, but if you want something more specific I would recommend the Fusion tone or Two as they combine binaurals (which "naturally" induce synchronization by their very design) and isochronics.

you could try bilateral entrainment. binaurals do it to a point but not as much as actual bilateral. basically, pan something 100% left and right to your preferred speed. in this case, we are talking in CPM ( Cycles Per Min ) or BPM. Basically the same actually. for example, 60CPM would actually be 4hz if I did my math correct. So if you make a song that is let's say 128bpm ( CPM) then that would be about 8(ish)hz.
I mainly make my own tones and entrainment with an awesome program called SHARM. Great software. Although the highest HZ is only 40 so it is mainly for therapy and such but still a great investment. Look it up if you dont have it already.
you can mix bilateral, isochronic, and binaurals and fade or have em all going at the same time. I have had great results by doing this and I add suggestions, affirmations and subliminals to em as well.
Hope this helps you you can understand my babble LOL.

I may. I personally don't like rendering things like this in mp3. Unless I am making an actual mastered song or something. But Brain Entrainment for me IMHO needs to be uncompressed, but maybe for kicks and giggles I post something soon. In a new thread of course tho. I won't hijack the OP's thread lol.

Couldn't upload the tone here for some reason. My new post deleted it self and the upload was taking way too long. It is only 16mb mp3 file. Anyway, here is an example. You cant download it atm but you can listen to it. http://soundcloud.com/theuniversalpagan ... -solfeggio
