Holosync/DTZM style level based regimen?

Hey,
I'm just wondering if anyone had devised an isochronic regimen/programme similar to holosync? I'm not a fan of binaurals and I know the selection of tracks on this site is great, but the whole structured/tiered aspect if h.sync interests me, the progression from level to level aspect sounds good, rather than just listening to isochronics for a bit, changing track etc. Or is that part just a bit overhyped anyway?
My experience with many tracks here has been good, but some sort of dedicated routine would appeal rather than chopping and changing. Any thoughts, comments ideas?
Thanks!

Hello!

What result are you trying to achieve exactly? There are various holo-synch tones as far as I can remember.

As Mickoes pointed out, any structured routine you'd like would be entirely dependent on your desired end goal. This is an interesting idea though and I'm sure that if you are interested I could cook up some "recommended routines" or something like that.

Aside of iso-tones and the companies you mentionned, there is i - d o s e r. This company offers a good range of recreational tones but there's a great deal of controversy behind the thing.

A good recommendation for you would be hemy sync, and if you're more into chakras and things like that, you can't miss Colette Baron-Reid (a Zeeman's recommendation too!).

Hey, thanks for the replies, sorry for being late in replying myself! I'm basically trying to get myself out of an unfoused/unconfident/plain lazy rut, so I'm listening to tracks from unexplainable store (confidence, motivation) and Mental Performance from this site. I guess I'd just like to know if it is more/less effective to mix and match tones like this and listen to a few throughout the day, or just listen to the same one multiple times daily for maximum effect?

Sometimes, this kind of behavior is related to something else. They say it is harder to look into your soul than it is for a soldier to go to war! While I don't know the exact quote, it's important not to only rely on tones for the sake of fixing something.

To answer your question, if you are unfamiliar with BWE, you should stick with the same tone at the beginning. It takes some time before you can get the full effect of the tones. Actually, it really depends, some pick it faster than others (and some just don't).

I don't know for experienced users as I never intended to start a full scale practice. I guess you will have more benefits by trying to combine compatible tones.
